Shipping Policy
We currently deliver orders within the United States
only.
Back Orders
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. In
the event that an item is on backorder, you will be notified
immediately via email and provided the expected shipping date.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be emailed to performancewear@comcast.net
before 4:00PM EST on the current business day. Cancellation
requests cannot be guaranteed.
Discounts
Discounts (where applicable) will be given at the
time of order processing.
Return Policy
Any product with a defect in craftsmanship or material
will be replaced. All returns for on line orders can be made
within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund (less shipping
charges), no exceptions.

Returns (please allow 2-4 weeks for processing).
- Must be sent postage paid.
- Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging
with tags still attached.
- ALL TIGHTS ARE FINAL SALE.
- Shoes are not returnable once worn or altered in any way.
- Shoe boxes must not be damaged.
- Must include return form (included in your packaging).
- To ensure proper processing, please use Return Label on
packaging.
- Must include a copy of your packing list. If you send
the original, it will not be returned.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages
and we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.
